📰Suitability Report

Profiles can contain a lot of information in them and it could be difficult to come to a quick decision as to whether or not then individual is relevant to you or not.

Our suitability report feature provides users with a TL;DR about the profile they are viewing with added context (of which could need additional time or interactions with said individual to obtain). You can use this feature on any candidate and it comes with all plans.

How to generate a suitability report.

After you have completed your search, and selected a profile to view you should be able to view the candidates name, location and data source. Under this you'll see a report that says "Generate Report"

Viewing the suitability report.

The report can be found immediately below the button and above the details of the profile you are viewing. Depending on the profile you will see either three or five reasons why this candidate is a great fit for the role depending on your prompt and reasons why they may not be a great fit.

Use this feature to make quick and informed decisions about a profile before you decide whether or not to reach out to the individual.
